Colorfly Home Return Policy

All of our designer duvet covers and decorative pillows are shipped with love from our NYC studio. We hope you enjoy your Colorfly Home purchase, that it adds that certain je ne sais quoi to your favourite space.

When your Colorfly Home order arrives, please inspect it and let us know immediately if something isn’t right. We will drop everything to make sure your order replaced, or that you quickly receive your credit or refund.

If your Colorfly Home purchase isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days to receive a replacement, refund or store credit.

To send us a return:

  1. Email our customer service team at inquiries@bellemaisonusa.com. You must include “Return” in the subject line and state your reasons for the return.
  2. Please specify if you would like an exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit.
  3. If your return is approved by us, we will email you the return form.
  4. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for paying return shipping fees.

An original receipt is required for all exchanges, replacements, refunds, and store credits.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear, nor do we accept returns of final-sale items. All merchandise returned for store credit or refunds must be in perfect sellable condition.

Allow one to three weeks for any exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit to process. Please note that a refund may take longer depending on your financial provider.
